This pasture is generally a quiet area. You may see neighbors in their back yard. But most neighbors have a wooden fence, so you should not see may people if any at all.

You will drive into the driveway and park on either side but either house on the gravel. Please don’t block any vehicles or park in the center of the driveway. Always be sure to pull to the side when parking. You will see Sniff Spot parking signs on the houses to indicate where to pull to park. As well as Sniff Spot Entrance and Sniff Spot Rules signs where you will enter the pasture. Once you park you will continue to the back and see the wide open pasture which is the Sniff Spot. If you need assistance don’t hesitate to reach out to the main house. There is also a water faucet and trash cans at the main house if you need.

Description

The 5 acre sniff spot is conveniently located in south Lafayette. Land is an open area perfect for your pup to run around. There is plenty of space for training dogs or fetching. The land is partially fenced. There is access to a water faucet by the main house if needed to get water for your pup. When you enter the driveway you can park on the gravel area to the right or the left side by either house. Please don’t block driveway or any vehicles. After parking you can continue straight back to the land (pasture) and enjoy the large open area!! You can bring a chair if you would like and find some shade to sit and relax. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance. The grass is kept short like one would keep their yard. At times grass may be a few inches taller if it rains a lot and I can’t cut the grass.

Please keep an eye on your pup at all times and keep peace with the neighbors. Please pickup all trash and toys (or other items you may use to train or play). There is a trash can by the main house you can put your trash in. Please do not enter any buildings or barns on the property and do not climb on any trees or buildings.
