The space is mowed nicely to where you can see some trails but there was still some tall grass for the pup to play in. The two ponds were a hit with my water dog! Tons of seating options around the property to include a few benches and then chairs near the pond. Literally everything you can think of is provided- life jackets, tons of toys to include toys that float in the water, fresh water around the property for the dog, a cooler with ice cold water for the humans, big spray and wipes, and even fish food if you feel inclined to feed the fish. Fresh water door the dogs to drink, fully fenced, dog toys, plenty of space for them to run. My 9 year old daughter liked it so much she wants new to book it again just for her lol. Next time I’m booking more time or bringing the dogs separately so they have more time, we did an hour which I split between the two but quickly realized we could spend half the day there easily. It’s a beautiful piece of property with a darling little pond, dock and partial loop around it. The hosts have thought of every detail for us pet parents too giving us lots of shady places to sit and ice cold water to name a few. Hands down though I must say my favorite part was the wash station! It’s just the right height so no bending over backaches, towels and doggie shampoo are also provided! What a great idea for after pond swimming, plus it’s one less thing I have to do when I get home.

55Absolutely visit this spot! My friend drove 40 minutes and I 20 to get here and it was worth every minute. We brought 6 dogs and they all had a blast playing in the field and the water.
